Dinner Time Family Time - Chicken Spaghetti

  • 3 Chicken Breast

  • 1-2 Bullion Cubes

  • 1/2 lb. Spaghetti Noodles

  • 1-2 Sticks Butter

  • 2 Small Onions

  • 1 Green Pepper

  • 1 Red Pepper

  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1 Small Box Velveeta Cheese

  • Shredded Cheese

Season chicken breast. Cook in slow cooker with bullion cubes and water. Once it’s cooked, shred the chicken and set aside. Save liquid from the slow cooker and cook noodles in the liquid. You may have to add more water and bullion cubes. Drain but do not rinse noodles when cooked. Saute butter, onions and peppers in large skillet/pot. Add cream of mushroom and chicken soups and Velveeta cheese. Stir until melted. Mix everything together and stir well. Put mixture in a large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
